ok, so what was the protocol i recovered with? so i’m writing this 5-6 years after the fact, so please don’t take it word for word. i try to remember the best i can.
so i started with 2-3 months of ozone IVs 2-3x/ week. each IV was 60cc ozone. i also tried colloidal silver IV – didn’t feel anything. after that i got my own o3 equipment, learned how to do the IVs myself and did also saunas and insufflations and water. so i ended up doing btw 2-4 hours of o3 per day. i went through different phases and sometimes added or removed certain protocols. so after the initial 2-3 months of DIV’s, i did let’s say 3 glasses of o3 water in the morning, then 30min of VI, 30 min of EI, another 2 gl of o3 water, then before work 30min sauna. then i would come home from work and before bed would do a DIV. i would maintain that for a few months, then i would switch it up a little bit and do something like: 2 gl of o3 water in the morning, 500ml RI, 30min EI, 30min VI then another 30min EI and 30min VI after work and some more o3 water inbetween. i would do that for let’s say another few months and then do 5 or 6 weeks of daily DIVs and nothing else, or maybe some additional EI later in the day. then i would do again 2-3 glasses o3 water in the morning, 40min VI, 30min EI, and a DIV before bed.
would i recommend that type of hard core protocol to anyone? absolutely not. i seem to have been a total odd ball in that i never had any liquid discharge out of my ears after doing up to 60min or EI per day. that is highly unusual, although it seems more likely among those who started with few months of DIVs – like me. others, who don’t (but even some of those who do) are very prone to have liquified toxins coming out of your ears, which are super itchy, build a crust around your ears which wont’ allow you to sleep, or the liquid can build up too quickly inside of your inflamed ears and eustachian tubes and create the most horrendous pain imaginable – so for that reason i highly discourage people from doing EI too much too soon. pressman says that a slow and low process mostly eliminates the risk of that painful blockage of liquid in ears. another thing many people experience is an excrutiatingly itchy rash which can literally drive you insane. i did have a rash – but it was manageable. there are a number of things one can try to do about it which saul pressman cites in his book “the story of ozone” which is posted online.
EI = ear insufflations
RI = rectal insufflations
VI = vaginal insufflations
DIV – direct ozone IV
